Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Medical Training Technician

    As a Medical Technician at North American Rescue Training, LLC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our approved multi-disciplined EMS training center. Focused on the Advanced Skills Lab (ASL) and simulations, you’ll contribute to the development of highly skilled emergency medical professionals.


    Qualifications: 

    • NREMT EMT required, have to obtain AEMT within 1 year of hire.
    • Formal Human Anatomy training.


    Basic Job Functions:   

    1. Advanced Skills Lab (ASL) Management:
      • Your primary responsibility is to set up, run, and manage the NAR Advanced Skills Lab and simulation equipment. This includes maintaining the lab environment, ensuring equipment functionality, and overseeing practical training sessions.
    2. EMS Education Coordination:
      • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate various levels of EMS education for NAR Training customers. When appropriate, you may also take on a teaching role.
      • Collaborate with instructors and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality training content.
    3. Administrative Tasks:
      • Submit coordinating paperwork, including purchase requests, cost predictions, and actual expenses related to NAR Training.
      • Ensure compliance with oversight and regulatory requirements to maintain good standing.
    4. Logistics and Supplies:
      • Maintain NAR Training warehousing, equipment, and supplies necessary for successful training events.
      • Efficiently manage inventory, ordering, and logistics to support training operations.
    5. Team Support:
      • Assist with other NAR training initiatives as needed.
      • Be a solid team member, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

    This job operates in an office, warehouse and field environment.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms. Some instruction duties may require the candidate(s) to be physically fit in order to conduct in the field work to include assist in lifting/moving simulated casualties and training specimens in the field, up to 200 lbs.

    Travel

    Primary location of Las Vegas.  Occasional travel out of state is possible up to 50% of the time.
