Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. META Environmental is looking for a certified Spanish speaking instructor who is experienced in teaching AHERA Asbestos Worker courses in Spanish and English. We are looking for candidates located in Minneapolis and/or WI.
The ideal candidate is certified to teach AHERA Asbestos Worker Initial and Refresher courses in IL, IN, and WI.
This position requires working on weekends. Many of the Spanish Asbestos Worker Initial classes is from Thursday to Sundays. Teaching on the weekends is necessary.
This position requires travel. We do training across the nation. There are times when instructors would do training in different states for weeks.
Salary range is $55 to $75K depending on experience and credentials.
Please DO NOT apply if you do not hold the valid AHERA Asbestos Spanish Worker and AHERA Asbestos Supervisor certificates or if you cannot travel.
Responsibilities:
· Teach AHERA Asbestos Spanish Worker Initial and Refresher course
· Teach AHERA Asbestos English Worker and Supervisor (Contractor) Initial and Refresher course
· Perform administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Minimum BS education level
· Fluent in Spanish and English
· Must have: Valid AHERA Asbestos Spanish Worker and AHERA Asbestos Supervisor certificate
· Great if you have: Valid IL, IN, and WI trainer approval
· Ability to collaborate with teams
· Good communication skills
