Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Job responsibilities: Medical personnel are responsible for treating and preventing minor injuries and illnesses. They will provide information and guidance for the promotion of good health and well-being of our students.
Essential functions:
- Provide nursing care to students as authorized by the medical provider and within scope for state-specific nurse practice act
- RN will provide supervision to the staff LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurse)/ LVNs to assure compliance with all state regulations and scope of practice and nurse practice act for practical and/ or vocational nurses
- Provide basic health care to students as required by DOL including all entry requirements and immunizations
- Monitor students with illness and unable to attend class.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment
- 1-year practical nursing experience required. A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
