• Learn about and train AF companies and affiliates on new cognitive, automated processes that incorporate machine learning, geo-analytics, natural language processing, image recognition, convolutional neural networks, deep learning, algorithms, recurrent neural networks, or other artificial intelligence (AI) for increased organizational efficiency, decreased expenses, enhancing the customer experience or to capitalize upon new sales opportunities. Train on new progromatic processes or automations using Python and/or R and/or SAS and/or RPA software and/or Excel and/or VBA and/or other programming languages.

• Utilize and coordinate technical systems and resources for training team and AF companies and affiliates such as HRIS system, learning management system, e-learning authoring tools, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.

• Manage projects in collaboration with leaders from business units and operational areas of organization and affiliates, and maximize project management skills for optimal business results.

• Learn about and develop and deliver training on new cognitive, automated processes that incorporate machine learning, neural networks, geo-analytics, natural language processing, image recognition, algorithms, anomaly detection, operations research algorithmic optimization, recurrent neural networks, data science, or other Artificial Intelligence using Python and/or R and/or SAS and/or RPA software and/or Excel and/or VBA and/or other programming languages.

• Conduct needs analyses with leaders to develop strategic and project plans toward learning goals and return on investment. Analyze and report on results to management. Assist managers and Colleagues to achieve learning and development goals.

• Serve as performance coach at Colleague level to provide one-on-one training and consulting to achieve technology and other performance goals.

• Serve as consultant to leaders, Colleagues and other organizational trainers and facilitators on instructional, evaluation and learning technology best practices.

• Analyze training technical resources (such as Learning Management System, e-learning authoring tools, HRIS system, Microsoft SharePoint, etc.) needed for AF companies and coordinate with HRIS and IT Business Analysts to implement solutions. Troubleshoot, report and resolve technical problems, coordinate with vendors and contractors, serve as liasion on project teams, maintain technical documentation and SOP’s, create and deliver training plans, and serve as technical knowledge resource.

• Work with Corporate and Human Resources (CHR) Colleagues to coordinate or assist in the coordination of project resources, activities and tasks to enhance the divisional goals of recruiting and retention or other CHR functions.

• Bachelor’s Degree From Four-Year College or University Communications, Education, Training or related area of study required or commensurate work experience

• 5 years of corporate experience or three years of training and facilitation experience

• Understanding of automation and programming concepts

• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools

• Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent presentation and written communication skills • Good organizational and project management skills

• Manages multiple tasks and projects

• Strong teamwork skills
