Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Responsibilities:
1. Participant outreach and scheduling
2. Guide hired research participants for data collection sessions in a secured office or home environment to perform scripted motion captures
3. Prep and maintain assigned equipment and ensure security of proprietary devices
3. Prep participants for capture including intake, NDAs, scripting and answering questions
4. Maintain capture environment and implement lighting and staging changes
5. Respond swiftly to project updates and changes
6. Provide feedback to operations lead on project improvements
7. Perform data uploads
8. Troubleshooting: Ability to mitigate issues, customer-facing or technology related
9. Other tasks as assigned
