Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. The position requires a person eighteen (18) years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. The position requires the ability to work cooperatively with co-workers, providers, families, organizations, related agencies in the community. The position further requires the ability to assist and train individuals diagnosed with Intellectual Disability’s with daily living skills, socialization, meal preparation ,independent living skills and money management in an effort to meet the individuals needs and wants to increase his/her independent functioning skills level. The employee must be able to communicate with individual (s) in a manner that allows the individual (s) to maintain his/her independent life goals. It also requires the employee to be proficient in basic first aid and CPR, individual rights and responsibilities, and behavioral patterns and problems of individuals diagnosed with Intellectual Disability’s. The applicant must be able to work a flexible work schedule. The applicant must be able to perform his/her duties with general supervision. The applicant must also possess written communication skills to complete required documentation. The applicant MUST have a valid driver’s license and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
