Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Overview:
Full-time role requiring an extensive experience in exclusive homes working with High-Net-Worth families and individuals and a deep passion for organization and cleanliness. This is a temp-to-perm position.

Hours and days of service:
-Schedule: 5 days a week. Monday - Friday 9:00 - 5:00 pm, but must be flexible if required.
This position requires a year-round commitment to maintaining their residence
Qualifications:
-Extensive experience in high-end homes.
-Professional demeanor and appearance. Courteous, discreet, honest
-Energetic, highly service oriented, detail oriented, educated and comfortable with multi-tasking
-Knowledge in careful cleaning and caring for fine fabrics, linens, furnishing, marble, crystal, silver, valuables and artwork
-Know which products will do the best job of maintaining, cleaning and disinfecting and which products could damage the family’s possessions
-Display good judgment and ability to make decisions that are in the best interest of the Family
-Effective in completing work timely, accurately and efficiently
-Ability to operate state of the art Crestron integrated technology system
Responsibilities:
-Full-charge housekeeping responsibilities; museum-quality cleaning of residence working alongside -other household staff.
-Make and press beds
-Execute seasonal and scheduled housekeeping tasks
-Silver care & maintenance
-Manage principals' wardrobe
-Assist with travel packing/unpacking
-Maintain household organization (closets, pantries, cabinets, etc.).
-Keep household supplies stocked. Replenish supplies: soaps, beauty products, personal use items, OTC meds and prescriptions, etc.
-Monitor, dispose and replace expired food and drinks
-Report equipment malfunctions or repairs needed to the Household Manager
Physical Requirements:
-Requires being ambulatory for the duration of the shift. May require prolonged standing.
-Requires frequent bending, stooping and reaching from floor level. Climbing ladders and stairs.
-May require lifting, transporting, pushing, pulling and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 75lbs.
-Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity, hearing, seeing, talking, and depth perception.
Working Conditions:
-Work is performed inside and outside in all weather conditions.
-Work is performed in areas, which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and dimly lit.
-Work includes chemical, cleanser and solvent usage.
Working Relationships:
-Report directly to the estate Executive Housekeeper, Household Manager and Estate Manager
-Work closely with other members of the staff, including coordination with Dallas, TX estate management team
-Interact with outside vendors as required.
Measures of Performance:
-Completion of work assigned
-Completion of work on or before specified timelines.
-Quality of work is within applicable expectations
-Number of occurrences of Superior direction or advice on any given assignment.
-Flexibility needed.
