Position title: Dental Assistant PRN

Facility name: El Valle Detention Facility

Location: 1800 Industrial Drive, Raymondville, Texas

Work schedule: As needed initially with potential to become full-time

Dental Assistants are responsible for preparing detainees for examination and treatment in compliance with MTC Medical and customer directives.

Essential Functions:

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six (6) months clinical dental assistant experience
• Current certification or registration as a dental assistant in the state of Texas, and current certification in dental radiological procedures.
• Must possess current CPR certification.
• Continuing education as required.
• US Citizenship required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management.
