Training Assistant is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates with instructors, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Being a Training Assistant processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors. Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Paid Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training
Christian Care Communities is currently offering Paid Certified Nursing Assistant Training on-site at our campus in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. This Learn & Earn Program equips you with both classroom and hands-on learning for taking the Kentucky Board of Nursing Competency Evaluation Examination. Receive an hourly pay rate for the training program PLUS exam fees are covered.
Evening Training - 3.30pm-9.30pm Monday - Friday

Training Pay Rate: $9.50/hr
New C.N.A Rate: $11/hr shift differentials
