Training Assistant is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates with instructors, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Being a Training Assistant processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors. Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Fitness Managers to join our team. As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our fitness facility. This includes sales, coaching, training, and managing the day-to-day operations of the gym.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness facility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
- Recruit, train, and supervise fitness staff
- Provide leadership and guidance to the fitness team
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Conduct interviews to hire qualified fitness staff
- Implement sales management strategies to increase membership sales
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
