Training Assistant is responsible for clerical and administrative duties related to the delivery of training and organizational development programs. Schedules training events, coordinates with instructors, obtains and distributes required instructional materials, and communicates schedules and details. Being a Training Assistant processes enrollments and answers routine inquiries regarding courses, schedules, and locations. Uses an information system or database to enter data and produce reports on training statistics, inventory levels or assessments of the programs and instructors. Additionally, Training Assistant coordinates additional services including technical equipment, meals and refreshments, housekeeping, maintenance or repairs. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Training Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. The primary responsibility of this position will be to learn and support the initial and ongoing training needs of the staff and management at Seacoast Mental Health Center, assist training coordinator to develop appropriate curriculums for these training needs and provide routine, effective trainings to support these needs. This position is also responsible for learning and supporting the Electronic Health Record (EHR). In addition, will be responsible for performing all HR-related duties and provides administrative support for the Vice President of Human Resources in the following functional areas; compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, database management, recruitment, employment regulations, training and development, employee safety and wellbeing,
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of related curriculum development, training and computer experience. Experience as a Trainer and with MS Office products required. Experience with eLearning platforms, InSync a plus
