We are looking for a proven fitness leader with sales and team building experience! We are expanding rapidly and have an immediate opportunity for the right experienced candidate who is willing to come in and learn our systems and culture! We play this job like a sport; and our goal is to take over the Puget Sound; building 22 clubs in the next 8 years, including our 2 recently opened locations in Columbia City and Shoreline, with clubs #5 and #6 being announced soon! We have a lot of opportunity as our club managers are promoted from within. General Managers make over $100K/year and get profit sharing and can earn a managing partnership as an owner! We are looking for high energy, competitive individuals with a sports background (military background a plus) that are looking for a fun career in fitness and sales! You need to have a heart for people, a hustler's mentality and emotional toughness. If you thrive under the pressure of competition and enjoy a team environment this will be a great fit for you. This is a full time, career-based position requiring a 45-hour work week. We will teach you how to make a minimum of $4,500-$8,000/month in sales and service! Membership Sales (Fitness Facilitators) and General Managers in Training

Compensation

· Membership Sales: $4,000-$8,000, full-time only

· Assistant General Manager: Additional Bonuses Based on Performance

·General Manager: Base, Commission, Bonuses, and Profit Sharing based on Performance should take you well over $100K/year
