Training Center Manager manages all operational activities of the training center including staffing, facilities, and coordination with vendors and suppliers. Develops corporate training center strategies and initiatives that reflect the organizations goals. Being a Training Center Manager prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to budget. May collaborate with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training. Additionally, Training Center Manager may be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Training Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a Training Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Remote Training Analyst

  • Provides general training to all new and existing employees on revenue cycle concepts, processes, and systems.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assists with the strategic development, coordination and presentation of training and education programs for all associates within the Revenue Cycle teams.
    • Assists with the development of training initiatives and ensures that goals and objectives of those Revenue Cycle teams are properly defined and clearly established.
    • Communicates and educates associates on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies with both verbal and written communication and ensures consistent company-wide implementation.
    • Cross Train in all areas of the SSC to develop a knowledge base to benefit the education program.
    • Assist with follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results, modify programs as needed, and develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media sources.
    • Assist with the development of communications to ensure associates have knowledge of training events and general information.
    • Conduct training and education meetings, lessons and communication upon direction of the Quality and Training Manager
    • Assists in the enhancement and standardization of the SSC’s workflow processes throughout the revenue cycle to assist in achieving consistency in maintaining the critical success factors outlined.
    • Works in conjunction with the Quality and Training Manager on all system implementations to clearly define and build workflow from an operational perspective.
    • Recommends and implements for appropriate training programs that will further enhance and hone the technical competencies of the staff at the SSC.
    • Conduct training programs, and acts as a Subject matter Expert on training programs pertaining to the Revenue Cycle team
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required Education: High School or GED required

    Associates Degree in Education or related field or equivalent experience

    Preferred Education: BA Business

    Required Experience: One year of relative experience in a business setting, preferably health care based. Must be familiar with revenue cycle structure and process.

    Computer Skills Required: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software and E-mail software
