Being a Training Center Manager prepares business plans that support the operation of the center and adhere to budget. May collaborate with educational institutions to provide additional or specialized training. Additionally, Training Center Manager may be responsible for supervising trainers and instructors. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Training Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. POSITION SUMMARY
A Manager In Training with The Restaurant Store is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a retail location. Under direction of the Regional Manager, the Manager In Training is responsible for accomplishing a variety of operational goals encompassing sales, marketing, staffing, inventory control, and customer relations. Candidates are enrolled in a 6 month, comprehensive Manager In Training Program upon hire, providing in depth guidance on general leadership skills and philosophies within The Restaurant Store Setting, and extensive trainings in all departments of the operation. Upon completion of the Manager in Training program, candidates will be placed into a permanent management position that best fits their skills, experience, and development throughout the program.
