**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse Instructor for CNA Training!**

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in healthcare education? We are currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Instructor to join our team and lead our Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver comprehensive CNA training curriculum in accordance with state regulations and industry standards.
- Provide hands-on instruction and mentorship to aspiring CNAs in both classroom and clinical settings.
- Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes professional growth and confidence among students.

**Requirements:**
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Massachussets
- Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
- Prior teaching or instructional experience is preferred, but not required.
- Commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards in nursing education.
