Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
- Design and deliver effective training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Manage the training budget and ensure that all training programs are cost-effective
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development
- Provide guidance and support to trainers and other training staff
Person Spec & Key Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3 years of experience in training and development
- Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
