    SUMMARY: The PRT Sales Manager is a critical role for our members' fitness success plan! The PRT Sales Manager is responsible for the overall growth performance and member experience of our PRT Training Programs. In the role, you will spearhead sales, marketing, lead generation, strategic planning, and achieving sales and revenue goals.

    PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

    Sales and Marketing

    • Generate new training clients while servicing existing clients
    • Educate and motivate members toward a healthier, more fit lifestyle.
    • Perform Fitness assessments on members which will include a consultation, movement screen, InBody analysis, and presentation of program options
    • Develop and train current staff on personal training standards and expectations
    • Continuously monitor and drive the club's financial growth targets
    • Establish baseline measurements for members by offering appropriate fitness tests and assessments.
    • Develop positive relationships with members and encourage active participation and program growth.
    • Attend scheduled department meetings and required staff training throughout the year.
    • Seek continuing education experiences to gain knowledge, improve skills, and maintain required certifications.
    • May be asked to perform other duties as assigned.
    • SMILE and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guests.

    Team Management

    • Manage and develop your clubs PRT Coaches and Membership teams across sales, marketing, and membership experience
    • Assist hiring, training, and developing a professional team of coaches
    • Create an enthusiastic work environment that is friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about fitness

    Requirements:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Nationally accredited Personal Trainer certification required, to be maintained throughout employment.
    • Additional Level 1 certification required, to be maintained throughout employment.
    • Experience in professional sales and/or marketing required.
    • Experience in fitness and strength training required.
    • Experience with team athletics at all levels preferred.
    • Associate or bachelor's degree with a concentration in exercise physiology, kinesiology, or health and fitness related preferred and can be used in place of Personal Trainer certification.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with sound judgement.

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT: The PRT Sales Manager functions regularly within exercise, recreation, and office settings. The PRT Training Pod is a highly modernized and motivating training environment that each coach will have access to! These pods are specifically designed for the programming used for the semi-private training sessions.
