You will begin as a front desk/housekeeping employee, and after a 90 day training period you will have the opportunity to be selected to join this career advancement program. This structured program contains assignments that will provide learning objectives and will give you the opportunity to gain hands on experience in the hotel industry. This is a very involved and dedicated program; completion time will vary based on successful mastery of skills and future open position availability.
