Full Job Description

The Facility Support Specialist makes calls, answers questions, and schedules appointments. Also greets members and is responsible for client accounts upon check-in. The Facility Support Specialist should be knowledgeable about sports and fitness and willing to learn as this role presents future growth.

This position involves:

• Taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations.
• Light book-keeping
• Lead generation and nurturing of both paid and organic leads
• Managing our lead housing software as well as owning and managing our lead sheets
• Customer service and conflict resolution to ensure member retention
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment
• Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented person with a passion for sports/fitness
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications as well as familiar with point of sales systems, CRM tools, and email marketing systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 years of Fitness Industry Sales Experience
• 1 years of Business Operations Experience
• 1 years of Social Media Experience
