Job Description: The Career Transitions Specialist plays a pivotal role in assisting individuals in navigating career transitions by providing comprehensive guidance, resources, and support. In this role, you will work closely with individuals seeking to make significant changes in their careers, whether it's entering a new industry, advancing within their current field, or transitioning from education to employment.

- Experience working with students in a counseling or advising capacity
- Strong recruiting skills to attract employers for job fairs and other networking events
- Ability to educate students on various careers, industries, and job search strategies
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suits and Zoom (preferred)
- Experience mentoring or providing academic advising to students
- Knowledge of education administration principles
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Career Counselor to join our team. As a Career Counselor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their career development journey. This includes assisting with career exploration, job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, and more. If you have a passion for helping students achieve their professional goals and possess strong communication and mentoring skills, we would love to hear from you.
