In the role of Training Specialist – Service Monitoring, you will be a key part of the Kellogg Company’s success! As a part of the great Kellogg community at our Global Business Services (GBS) location, you will develop, lead and facilitate functional onboarding, training and KWS skill development within the KNA OTD Organization.

This role is a Hybrid position that is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Designing Training Material – Design, develop, manage, and evaluate technical and soft-skills training programs and materials that support KNA OTD organizational strategies.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive operational effectiveness within the Order to Delivery process by identifying areas for Continuous Improvement and standardization. Proactively work with the team to identify and improve OTD control environment and minimize risk through consistent application and adherence to Kellogg OTD policies and procedures.
• Documentation and Training – Reduce knowledge management risk through continued development of documentation and training, while improving the quality of service within the Order to Delivery organization. Lead, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Reporting & Analysis - Use data collected to analyze and identify skill gaps and training opportunities for current employees.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• 
  High School Diploma 3 years related experience; or 5 years in-depth experience in Order to Delivery/Cash processes
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP
• Ability to lead and develop training modules
• Ability to identify and communicate key business opportunities through data science and analysis, creating impactful visual representations of data
• Ability to develop and implement strategies to influence and build strong relationships across the organization
• Strong sense of urgency, excellent time management skills
• Ability to work alone or in a team environment
