- Utilize various instructional techniques and delivery methods to engage learners
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms
- Monitor and track employee progress and provide ongoing support as needed
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development

```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Human Resources)
- Proven experience in instructional design, program management, and talent management
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
- Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS systems is a plus
