Job duties:
As an OCFS Policy & Training Specialist you will play an important role in helping develop policy and training for OCFS. You will be responsible for determining the training needs of the organization and overseeing the development and delivery of OCFS-specific training, both internally and externally. Under the direction of the Policy and Training Program Manager you will be involved in workgroups to help develop, coordinate, implement, and modify OCFS program policies and procedures to meet the needs of children and families. Your duties will include the following tasks:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
In order to qualify, you must have eight (8) years combination of education and/or professional experience in social services. Preference will be given to those possessing a Social Work License (LSW or higher), active and in good standing.
