**Job Description:**
As a District Manager for Shooting Stars Basketball Training Program, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and impact within your designated state. You will be responsible for hiring employees, establishing partnerships with day care centers and private schools, and overseeing the successful implementation of our "Baby Buckets" toddler program.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Recruitment and Management:**
- Hire and train employees to deliver the "Baby Buckets" program effectively.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and supervision to program staff members.
2. **Business Development:**
- Identify and reach out to potential partners, including day care centers and private schools, to offer the "Baby Buckets" program.
- Negotiate partnerships and agreements to establish regular program sessions.
3. **Communication:**
- Maintain regular communication with parents and staff members via email and phone calls, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related inquiries.
4. **Program Oversight:**
- Ensure the smooth operation of the "Baby Buckets" program across all locations within the district.
