The Nurse Director will continue the tradition of providing exceptional care within the Surgical Department and help the facility to earn another Top 100 Critical Access Hospital award. 

    Reporting directly to the VP of Patient Services, the RN Perioperative Director will work in conjunction with the other department Directors to ensure that all patients receive high-quality, compassionate care from all areas of the hospital. Leading an experienced staff of RNs, LPNs, and Techs, this director will oversee a Department that includes General Surgery, ENT Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and Gynecological Surgery just to name a few!

    This department is staffed by many Certified Operating Room Nurses and Certified Post Anesthesia Care Nurses. The RN Perioperative Director will oversee the entire Surgical Department including SDS, Pre-op, and PACU.  This Nurse Director will be looked at to use their Surgery Department Management Experience to lead a growing, high-energy department. 

    The RN Perioperative Director will provide direction and facilitation of Department goals and objectives. They will Mentor staff members providing care throughout the Department to ensure a standard of care set by the Hospital. They will maintain operating and capital budgets and be in charge of all aspects of staffing and performance reviews.
