We at LIUNA Training and Education Fund currently hiring Scheduling Coordinators/Inbound Call Center Representatives!

As the Call Center Representatives, you will primarily be responsible for scheduling interpreters to ensure that communication is available for important events such as medical appointments, court cases, and emergencies.

Responsibilities include:
* Handling inbound calls
* Gathering and verifying the necessary information to process on-site interpretation requests as they come in via phone, online, e-mail or fax
* Contacting and assigning an appropriate Interpreter for each assignment, and send necessary information to the
* Interpreter for each request
* Providing excellent customer service addressing all client and interpreter needs
* Collaborating on specific campaigns in a fast-paced team environment
* Performing all other duties as assigned

Requirements:
* Customer service experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Basic interest in foreign cultures (knowledge of foreign languages helpful)
* College Degree or equivalent work experience a plus
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Detail oriented
