The Director of Quality will have multiple FTES reporting up including a Manager, Supervisor and multiple Quality team members. It is important to note that the Director will be in full contact with all Departments and Senior Leaders within the facility to ensure the implementation of quality and risk is overseen. This position hold a lot of responsibility in preventing harm or distress to any patients at the organization. Previous experience in a Quality Management position is required to be considered for this opportunity as well as a BSN.
