Josef Silny & Associates, Inc., International Education Consultants (JS&A) is seeking an experienced Spanish < > English translator. Established in 1987, JS&A is an organization of highly qualified international education consultants and translators. JS&A translates and evaluates foreign academic credentials from more than 150 countries for admission and transfer into U.S. high schools and institutions of higher education, immigration, licensing, employment, and a variety of other reasons. Josef Silny is the former Director of International Admissions at the University of Miami.

The candidate for this position must have at least a bachelor's degree in translation or a language- related major and must be authorized to work in the United States. Professional experience as a translator and strong computer skills are required. The candidate must also have excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Knowledge of another language is highly desirable. The ideal candidate has good time-management skills, works well independently, is detail-oriented, is intellectually curious, and has studied in the U.S. and abroad.

SALARY: Starting Salary is $45,000.
