Heavy Equipment Operator/Translator

We are seeking a skilled Lead Heavy Equipment Operator/Translator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
• Translate instructions and safety guidelines for Spanish-speaking team members
• Maintain and repair equipment as needed
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Communicate with project managers and other team members

Requirements:

• Experience operating heavy equipment
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Ability to lead a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
