Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in advancing the marketing and advertising efforts for Woman's Hospital.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Coordinator, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the production and execution of marketing initiatives across key service lines.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration. Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or social media.
Healthcare experience preferred. Responsibilities : Marketing Strategy Development : Develop comprehensive marketing plans for assigned service lines, aligning with organizational goals and strategies.
Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Manager and VP to set clear objectives and key performance indicators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with graphic designers, digital marketing team, communications team and internal service line leads to ensure the seamless execution of marketing programs.
Foster a collaborative environment to maximize the effectiveness of promotional materials and campaigns. Reporting and Analysis : Provide regular insights and analysis of key performance indicators, offering recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Decision-Making Support : Collaborate with the Manager and VP and other team members in decision-making processes related to marketing and advertising goals.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, industry trends, and performance metrics. Vendor Management : Supervise outside vendors when necessary, ensuring deliverables align with the hospital's branding and messaging guidelines.
Foster positive relationships with external partners to enhance overall marketing effectiveness. Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Pay Range : Hourly / Non-Exempt Position $20.
