We are looking to hire multiple Transportation Service Managers in our Cedar Rapids, Iowa location

Division: CRST Capacity Solutions brought together our Flatbed, Integrated, and Expedited services. Fully managed asset-based transportation which includes long haul, drayage, short-haul regional, and time-sensitive freight augmented by our expansive third-party carrier network and power-only capabilities.

• Shifts: These will be 2nd and 3rd shift positions
• Hours: Variable
• Location: On-site (1332 Edgewood Rd SW Cedar Rapids, Iowa)
• Salary: Starting at $55,000, paid out bi-weekly *a final amount is dependent on factors including prior experience, knowledge, and location.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all aspects of customer service, including order creation, service alert notifications, communication, and appointment scheduling.
• Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and forms from our customers, driving partners, and third-party carriers.
• Act as a liaison between the customer, driver, and internal departments responsible for follow-through of execution for loads while ensuring high utilization and profitability Ensure drivers adhere to applicable transport regulations (e.g., hours of service compliance).
• We are looking for individuals who focus on the driver's experience, and customer satisfaction and thrive in spaces where they need to collaborate across departments to solve problems and create new solutions.
