Transportation Manager manages and coordinates the daily operations of a transportation network including safety, compliance, equipment, and staff. Implements operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency in all transportation activities. Being a Transportation Manager monitors transportation costs, service level agreements, and performance metrics to identify and resolve problems and achieve efficiencies. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to meet forecasted capacity needs. Additionally, Transportation Manager manages relations with transportation providers to ensure the achievement of required service levels. Requires a bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The Transportation Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Transportation Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Summary
    The GSA Rental Manager leads the GSA rental effort for assigned territory. Duties will include, but not be limited to, creating and implementing a market specific strategy for their area, client development and exceeding forecasted.

     Essential Functions
    • Exceed forecasted revenue targets through an aggressive rental effort 
    • Client development and relationships
    • Ensure compliance with insurance standards to protect the company
    • Prepare the necessary paperwork
    • Proper use of our Systems: TSD, GSA STR Website Gmail and Master’s Website 
    • Frequent review of the tracking spreadsheet, sell over list, and detail workflow calendar
    • Travel within the territory assigned to the branch
    • Attend Trade Shows
    • Maintain a valid CDL with medical card
    • Comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new
    • legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Attend company meetings as required
    • Other duties as assigned by manager

    Required Education and Experience
    •   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    •   Two years or more sales experience
