Job Description

AECOM is actively seeking a Transportation Project Manager based in Millsboro, Delaware. This position will manage a variety of DelDOT transportation highway/roadway design projects and be involved with client relationships and development. The position has a hybrid work option.

Responsibilities:

• Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects.

• Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.

• Consistently delivers profit margins planned.

• Consistently completes project without write-downs or multiplier erosion.

• Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors).

• Manages more complex clients and projects.

• Has decision-making authority and directs others in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.

• Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.

• Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• BS in Civil Engineering

• 6 years of transportation roadway design experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

• Highway/Roadway design project management experience

• Professional Engineer License

Preferred:

• 8 years experience in roadway design

• 4 years's experience managing DelDOT transportation projects

The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position typically is $95,000 to $150,000.
