Our Office Clerk is an instrumental team member of our Guest Service/Marketing Department. We are searching for a team player who believes in providing outstanding customer service and ensures that our team delivers a memorable vacation to our guests on each and every stay.
Job Summary:
- Provides general administrative support to the Guest Service/Marketing department including all forms of correspondence & communication, phone, calendar scheduling, meeting and presentation materials, special projects, etc.
- Assist Guest Service/Marketing Team with inputting daily Check-in /Check-out counts
- Assist with housekeeping scheduling, ordering, and inventory
- Assist with Pre-arrival calls/emails as needed
- Provide Daily reports to the marketing/sales support team
- Able to assist in the development and calculations of annual budgets
- Assist in the processing resort payroll on a weekly basis
- Administer all Time Off requests, calendars and contact lists for Management Department
- Coordinate the transfer of information between departments when necessary
- Order and stock service recovery items for Guest Services
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications/Job Experience:
- 2 years of office experience; hospitality resort services industry experience desirable
- Must have Hospitality experience. Preferred Guest Service background in resort operations
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associate degree preferred
- Basic typing and computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Compensation for this role is $20 per hour.
