Being a Travel Clerk communicates travel plans and itineraries. Answers questions about travel policies and process. Additionally, Travel Clerk ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. May coordinate with outside travel agencies. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Travel Clerk works under moderate supervision. This position is responsible for assisting the public with accessing public documents maintained by the Clerk in the Records Room. This position is responsible for maintaining land records, maps, and other historical data. Other clerical duties include but are not limited to the indexing and proofing and maintenance of land records. Position involves interaction with the public, attorneys, title abstractors to aid and answer questions.
