Job responsibilities include:

- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences and offering personalized travel recommendations.

- Research and gather information on various destinations, hotels, and attractions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.

- Handle booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner

- Stay updated on travel industry trends, promotions, and discounts to offer the best deals to clients.

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements

-Having a growth mindset, having the desire for personal growth

- Understand customer needs and requirements through questioning and active listening

- Provide excellent experiences on calls and during meetings with clients
