    Inventory Management Coordinator

    Inventory Management Coordinators are responsible for all receiving / outgoing inventory expectations, inventory counts and engaging in vendor management.

    Other responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment for the store, completing required paperwork accurately and timely, following company guidelines, operating all assigned equipment safely and efficiently, completing all store task and activities assigned by management, being timely and punctual with attendance, and maintaining personal grooming and appearance at all times.

    You willl be working in a fast-paced environment. It will be your job to make sure we promote sales growth through merchandise execution, ensuring your teams are well trained and delivering world-class service.

    To get started, we have to ask a few questions.

    • Previous experience as a retail shift leader or supervisor
    • Ability to conduct spot inventory counts, order inventory, stock inventory and complete invoice reconciliation.
    • Ability to run a cash register in a retail environment
    • Ability to run accurate gas and diesel transactions
    • Ability to use calculator, computer, telephone, and other equipment as needed
    • Must be able to properly lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs.
    • Must be able to stand up for at least an 8 hour shift
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays

    Typical Physical Demands

    • Regularly required to talk and hear.
    • Requires standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing.
    • Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

    Work Environment

    While performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.

    The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
