Our dedicated mixtures of travel professionals have backgrounds as former educators, performers, or some other aspect of travel. Together we work hard to create trips that are memorable, educational, exciting, and fulfilling in every aspect.

    Our Office Hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:45-5:00 PM.

    Performs administrative sales and office sales support for Director of Operations and group travel planners.

    Duties include but not limited to: following up with potential MS/HS Bands, Choirs, Orchestras and senior class trip clients and making/fielding phone calls, creating proposals and sample itineraries to potential clients, word processing, data entry, filing and faxing. Microsoft Office knowledge required (Word, Excel, etc.), as well as internet research abilities and strong communication skills. Assist with overflow work from travel consultants. Background in hospitality/sales and guest services a plus.

    Essential functions:

    • Report directly to Director Of Operations & Office Manager
    • Managing inbound / outbound calls in a timely manner, following up with clients
    • Generate new sales by educating customers using terminology, features, and benefits of proposals created for potential clients.
    • Operate a computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, reports, and other documents
    • Creating proposals and following up with clients from travel request made online or from a travel trade show lead.
    • Truthfully notate customer’s account
    • Operate basic office equipment IE. FAX Machine
    • Answer, screen, and route phone calls
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Prioritizing tasks efficiently & effectively
    • Schedule and maintain appointments and deadlines
    • Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s preferred
    • Fluent English; Strong verbal communicationSkills & Abilities
    • Attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task
    • In-depth knowledge of typing correspondences, reports and other documents
    • Computer: Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Dependability
    • Well-groomed / Professional attire
    • Superb organizational skills

    • Must have an outgoing personality
    • Must be well spoken on the telephone
    • Reliable transportation
    • NOTE: Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
