Travel Manager directs the operation of the company's travel services. Administers and monitors the travel policies, guidelines, and budget to deliver efficient travel arrangements. Being a Travel Manager prepares periodic budget and utilization reports. Provides guidance to employees about travel requirements including visa, medical, and special conditions. Additionally, Travel Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Managerial experience in custodial required.
Organize, manage and plan cleaning tasks, work schedules and projects while working along side Custodial staff.
Oversee the facilities and ensuring they are optimal operation and in exceptionally clean condition.
Oversees a team of up to 10 custodians. Responsible for hiring, scheduling, assigning tasks, etc.
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills; interpersonal skills to effectively coach staff; strong problem solving, supervisory and leadership skills.
Must lead by example in cleaning and performing tasks custodians are to perform.
Must be able to lift 25-100lbs; stand and walk frequently; reach; bend; climb; stoop; crawl; and kneel.
