Travel Manager directs the operation of the company's travel services. Administers and monitors the travel policies, guidelines, and budget to deliver efficient travel arrangements. Being a Travel Manager prepares periodic budget and utilization reports. Provides guidance to employees about travel requirements including visa, medical, and special conditions. Additionally, Travel Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Travel Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Travel Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Responsibilities

    Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)

    Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities

    Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects

    Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs

    Make adjustments and minor repairs

    Stock and maintain supply rooms

    Cooperate with the rest of the staff

    Follow all health and safety regulations

    Skills

    Proven working experience as a cleaner

    Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery

    Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies

    Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $5,000.00 per month
