Administrative / General Office: This position involves diverse administrative tasks within the accounting department and offers the ability to grow depending on how motivated you are!

Duties to include:

Accountabilities:
· Reconciliation and auditing of accounts
· Verification of all expenses, deposits and adjustments in admin system
· Responsible for reconciling and processing vendor statements
· Retrieving and summarizing bank activity on a daily/weekly basis
· Assisting with year-end closing processes
· Communication with vendors both by phone and email

Qualifications:

· Ability to focus and pay careful attention to detail

· A passion for customer service and strong people skills

· Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

· PC literacy

· Ability to work in self-disciplined environment

· Well-organized with good time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
