About the role:

We are seeking a Program Manager at BCD Meetings & Events to serve as the focal point from the Client's event team, representing the client brand with vendor partners and key stakeholders. As a Program Manager you are responsible for developing and executing all necessary logistics for multiple client programs. The Program Manager is supported by a Program Coordinator and together, act as advisors to the client to ensure a seamless program.

As a Program Manager you will:

• Consult with clients, co-workers, and service providers to determine objectives, requirements, and make recommendations for meetings and events.
• Create and communicate a planning timeline, ensuring milestones are met. The program manager takes a consultative approach as the subject matter expert (SME).
• Plan and execute the meeting or event according to stakeholders' guidelines and procedures.

You are good at:

• Troubleshooting situations effectively and at the source.
• Providing guidance or assistance for work activities as needed to complete task assignments.
• Utilizing Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaborating effectively within a team.

You might also have:

• Exceptional customer service to ensure a positive attendee experience.
• Skills to collaborate within a team effectively.

You should know:

• This role is an in office position, reporting to our client's office in Midland, Michigan.
• Up to 40% travel is required.
• COVID vaccination may be required for this role.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager is between $55,000 - $75,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
