Job Summary:
The Product Marketing Manager will work closely with teams throughout the Marketing department, and wider organization, to creatively position their region, and the product/Collette-experiences within that region. Alongside members of the product development team, they are the go-to experts for their region. They are involved in launching and managing go-to-market strategies and must bring new and innovative approaches to storytelling, traveler-acquisition, and B2B channel engagement. Managers must maintain a deep knowledge of their product as well as the competitive landscape. This role must maintain a strong understanding of the Collette traveler, their psychographics and demographics. Managers must study the efficacy of marketing tactics and shape regional positioning and launch strategies using data-driven insights. Managers are responsible for proofing across multiple sales and marketing touchpoints to ensure (and inspire!) accuracy, as well as adherence to brand and positioning guidelines.
