Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver exceptional travel itineraries tailored to each client’s preferences and needs.
• Stay current with travel certifications through ongoing training.
• Participate in continuous webinars with suppliers and vendors to stay informed about various destinations.
• Manage budgets and plan trips in line with clients’ financial constraints.
• Coordinate all travel necessities (flights, car rentals, hotels, activities, cruises, events/entertainment, etc.).
• Maintain effective communication with clients before and after their travels.
• Address any issues that may arise during the booking process or travel period.
• Liaise with tour operators to secure any package deals that could benefit your clients.
• This role can be part-time or full-time.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Access to a computer with internet connectivity.
• Personal travel experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
