Position Summary:

The Detailer Supervisor will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for supervising the Wichita detailer team. The Detailer Supervisor will oversee the daily cleanliness of the seated coaches, the cleanliness of the Wichita office and shop buildings, along with scheduling the coaches for repairs and vinyl prep. This is a Full-Time position, the schedule includes days, nights, and weekends. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is able to adapt to a very diverse schedule every week with the ability to work overtime as needed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for working with the HR department to hire, coach, and terminate all charter coach cleaners for the Wichita shop.
• Responsible for ordering janitorial paper products for the office and shop buildings.
• Maintaining a good relationship with outside vendors for ordering and scheduling equipment and product.
• Preform basic building/property maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Preform lawn and landscaping duties.
• Clean and wash coaches prior to each departure.
• Polish wheels and chrome as needed.
• Supervise coach cleaners on separate shifts (day and evening shifts).
• Complete minor interior repairs on coaches as needed.
• Schedule equipment with body shops for repairs on Wichita based buses.
• Schedule and order vinyl with vendors as necessary for entire fleet.
• Manage custodial position(s) for the Wichita office.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• At least two years of proven experience in cleaning position.
• Extreme attention to detail and conscientiousness.
• Effectively able to communicate to employees and vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous supervision preferred.
• Attain CDL, Class A or B.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, bend and sit.
• The employee must regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
