We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Assistant to join our team. The Facilities Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our treatment facility.

This position requires someone who is proactive, organized, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting designated areas of the facility.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of rooms and equipment for meetings, events, and activities.
• Monitor and replenish supplies in restrooms, common areas, and treatment rooms.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies and address any immediate concerns.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
