Qualifications:

***at least 6 months experience in a licensed facility

• Child Development Degree or Coursework (Preferred)
• Current NC DSS Background Qualifying Letter
• An open mind to integrating Montessori and Reggio philosophies into their teaching style
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to build relationships with teacher assistant(s) and delegate tasks as needed
