Job Summary:
Small business owners looking for an assistant in the Harvard/Groton area.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. The Assistant will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and work well independently.
Willing to complete work duties in a variety of environments (work space/ home office etc). Your duties will be a vast range of both routine and changing, impromptu tasks.
Must be personable, extremely flexible, open, responsive and pro-actively seeking feedback while also taking initiative without comprising time.
Will include both office-type tasks, computer/software work (must be extremely savvy with all google platforms, video conferencing), VERY knowledgeable of facebook and groups, postings, etc.
There will also be some tasks that involve personal assistant-type work/general management to give the owners more time to focus on strategic work for the business.
This will also include some amount of general child-care, office/work/home organization, management and upkeep. Please ensure your resume addresses all of the above mentioned requirements. Rate is $21-23/hr. Work is to be performed in-person at our office location in Harvard during the hours of 9am-3pm Mon-Fri. Minimum 10h/week with huge opportunity for more as we grow.
