This position supports the general administration and maintenance of the Learning Center, while also helping to promote a fun and encouraging environment for our kiddos to thrive. Responsibilities

Compensation:

Duties:

• Answer and transfer calls.
• Notify therapists, BCBAs and staff of any changes or cancellations.
• Greet parents and kiddos.
• Maintain the center so it is organized, sanitized, and clean.
• Assist therapists if needed.
• Schedule and coordinate therapy appointments with parents and kiddos.
• Maintain & record inventory and office supplies.
• Enforce InBloom Autism Services' center rules.
• Work together with the scheduler and other staff to properly staff kiddos in the rooms.
• They will be helping with the onboarding of all new staff members: ID's, shirts, I-9's, etc.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be flexible with schedule
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ABA Therapy Center experience preferred but not a requirement
• Passion for helping children and their families
• Great work ethic and time management skills
• Proactive and capable of accomplishing necessary tasks by default
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills

Work environment

• Noise Level is moderate to loud

Physical demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
