Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Sales, Marketing and Administrative Assistant at Vintage Sign & Light. The versatile assistant will be responsible for providing support to the team by handling various administrative and support tasks. This includes answering phone calls, maintaining communication with clients and vendors, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and performing general clerical duties for all departments. We guarantee you will not be bored.

Qualifications
Excellent administrative assistance skills
Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
Experience in executive administrative assistance
Proficiency in clerical skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Adobe suite experience beneficial

Job Type: Full-time
